Our approach
Therapy at GreyStone is integrative — drawing on cognitive-behavioral, narrative, and grief-focused models — but never formulaic. You bring your story; we work together.
Sessions where the hard thing can be named, without rehearsal or apology.
Practical, evidence-informed work — toward what helps, not just what's familiar.
Healing isn't a checklist. We make space for grief, change, and what comes next.
